This Machine use Spool package heat shrink tubing. with 4 path of feeding. Touch Screen PLC can controll the cutting length of the tube,normally it ranges from 2mm-65mm.

When the tube is assembled with the aluminum parts, the heating system will be triggered and warming the tube to make the diameter smaller to fit the parts.

The next station has sensor to detect whether the tube and parts are assembled well, if no, the whole batch of 4 items will be removed in the following working station.

The good ones will be unloaded in the last station, and after the end station, there will be air blowing to decrease the temperature of the Pin Part.
